IT ManagerA healthcare organization is seeking a full-time IT Manager to oversee day-to-day IT operations, support services, systems maintenance, infrastructure performance, and end-user technology support.This role is responsible for managing the IT help desk, maintaining systems and documentation, supporting users across departments, and improving service delivery through automation and AI-enabled tools. The ideal candidate has strong technical troubleshooting experience, leadership ability, and a practical understanding of healthcare technology environments.Key ResponsibilitiesManage IT help desk operations and support ticketing systemOversee hardware, software, systems, and user-support processesSupport network, infrastructure, and endpoint performanceTroubleshoot technical issues across departmentsMaintain IT documentation, system logs, and support proceduresCoordinate with vendors for system updates, support, and technology servicesTrack IT performance metrics, service levels, and recurring support issuesImprove user experience through timely, professional technical supportIdentify opportunities to streamline IT workflows and reduce manual workloadMaintain confidentiality and comply with healthcare privacy and security standardsPerform additional IT-related duties as assignedQualifications2+ years of IT support, systems administration, or related technical experienceExperience managing help desk or technical support environmentsKnowledge of networking, systems administration, endpoint support, and troubleshootingExperience using AI tools for IT troubleshooting, ticket routing, documentation, or workflow automationAbility to automate repetitive IT support processesStrong documentation, organization, and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site healthcare environmentAssociate or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferredHIPAA training/certification required
