Child and Adolescent Therapist

Role: Child & Adolescent Therapist, responsible for providing culturally sensitive assessments, individual and family therapy, and developing crisis and wellness plans. Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care, participates in case consultations, and manages documentation and billing efficiently. Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field; experience working with children and families; provisional license if required; strong communication, ethical practice, and confidentiality skills; commitment to ongoing professional development. Key Duties: Conduct assessments, deliver tailored outpatient therapy, develop safety and relapse prevention plans, engage in team meetings, and provide comprehensive client care.
