Sports Basement Rocklin — Senior Marketer Reports to: Director of Marketing Supervises: Assigned Marketers and Assistant Marketers. Salary: $70,500-$95,000, exempt position. Specific starting wages are dependent on location and experience. Level 5. Location: Rocklin, CA Sports Basement is opening our first store in the greater Sacramento region, and we’re looking for a Senior Marketer to lead the charge. The Role This role is about building demand from the ground up — embedding Sports Basement into a new community through partnerships, events, and local storytelling that drive real traffic, real loyalty, and real impact. You’ll take what’s worked across the Bay Area and Southern California and adapt it thoughtfully to a brand-new market. The Senior Marketer owns community-based marketing for the Rocklin region and plays a key role in shaping Sports Basement’s regional marketing strategy as we expand. You’ll work closely with the Sr. Director of Marketing and the Store GM to drive in-store traffic, partnerships, and brand presence—locally and beyond. This is a hands‑on, high‑visibility role with real ownership and room to build.
