Experience with AI and machine learning, and a passion for applying these technologies to solve complex security challenges. Deep expertise in one or more of the following areas: threat intelligence, security operations, incident response, or security engineering. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences. The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $365,000–$505,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities Develop and execute a long‑term technical roadmap for the GUSTO, aligning with the overall goals of the security division. Lead the design and architecture of highly scalable and reliable security solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including product management, UX, and other engineering teams, to define product requirements and deliver innovative solutions. Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies and industry trends, particularly in the areas of AI and security, and advise the organization on their potential impact.
