STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Salesforce Developer nCino / Commercial Lending on behalf of our client in Morristown, NJ. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with nCino and Salesforce development/administration, with a solid understanding of commercial lending processes and the full loan lifecycle. This role will support the enhancement, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce and nCino solutions within a banking environment.
Key Responsibilities-
Develop, configure, enhance, and support nCino and Salesforce solutions for commercial lending.

Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Build and maintain Salesforce Flows, approval processes, assignment rules, and other automation.

Support Salesforce security, data integrity, and platform performance.

Troubleshoot application issues and identify opportunities for process and platform improvements.

Support integrations and functionality across the commercial lending lifecycle.

Maintain technical documentation, configurations, and development best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business and technology solutions.

5 7+ years of hands-on nCino experience.

5 7+ years of Salesforce Administration and/or Development experience.

Strong understanding of commercial lending processes and loan lifecycle management.

Experience with Salesforce security models, roles, profiles, permissions, and data management.

Knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Relevant nCino and Salesforce certifications, including:

nCino Certified System Administrator

nCino Developer Certification

Salesforce Certified Administrator

Salesforce Platform Developer I

Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.

Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.

Experience in banking, lending, or financial services environments.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
This is an on-site opportunity in Morristown, NJ , requiring regular collaboration with business and technology teams.
