Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.comThe successful Associate Operations Processor will demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to follow procedures, and basic computer knowledge. They have the desire and motivation to constantly improve their ability to perform each function quickly and accurately.In this role, you will:Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in natureReceive, log, batch, and distribute workFile, photocopy, and answer phonesPrepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mailRegularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced rolesWork under close supervision following established proceduresSupport Operations in completing complex business, operational, and customer support initiatives and overall effectiveness of team performanceUse technical expertise in the designated area and resolve escalated issuesPerform complex operational and customer support initiatives within Operations functional areaApply technical knowledge and expertise to perform work and action requestsCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsInteract with internal customersReceive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsRequired Qualifications:6+ months of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Experience supporting wire transfer operations and related payment processing activities.Knowledge of Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) regulations and compliance requirements.Previous production or operations experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Quality Control (QC) and/or Quality Assurance (QA) experience.Working knowledge of GSMOS and Fircosoft systems.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and perform effectively under pressure.Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Job Expectations:Schedule:Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 12:00 am - 9:00pm or (requires the flexibility to work additional hours to support business needs) Training: You will be receive in-depth on-the-job training, and coaching to learn about Wells Fargo banking products, procedures, and services.Training will be for 3 weeks Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm or You are required to complete the full duration of the training We’re open from Monday – Friday, 7:30 am This position is hybridNo Relocation is availableThis position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipPosting Location: 1525 W W T Harris Blvd CHARLOTTE NC,(Selected candidate must reside within a commutable distance to this location and must be able to work on-site at the posted location )Posting End Date: 18 Sep 2026*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.We Value Equal OpportunityWells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
