AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

Your Role As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day, providing guests with an amazing shopping experience, representing our company values, and bringing your REAL self to work. Your Responsibilities Use the AEO Selling Model to engage each guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for with a "friends first" mindset. Educate guests on AE and Aerie product details and suggest fitting products. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. Flexibly support various zones including Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Collaborate with team members to get the job done. Act with integrity, following all AEO policies and procedures. Key Qualifications Enjoy interacting with people. Energetic and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Have a passion for AE and Aerie products. Have prior retail experience.
