Anticipated Behavior Analysts - BCBA Location: Haverhill, Massachusetts (District-wide) Job ID: 5706780 Application Deadline: Posted until filled Posted: May 12, 2026 4:00 AM (UTC) Starting Date: Immediately Type: Full-Time Salary: $78,000 – $88,000 per year (To be negotiated based on education and experience) Work Year: July – June (School Year 2026-2027) Job Description Behavior Analytic Services are integral to the Haverhill Public Schools. The BCBA will provide direct and consultation services to students, conduct assessments, develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and train classroom staff. Responsibilities Ensure delivery of direct and/or consultation behavioral services to students. Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments to identify problem behavior. Develop and modify appropriate BIPs. Provide ongoing training to classroom staff and monitor daily implementation of BIPs. Analyze data collected to determine effectiveness and develop evidence-based interventions. Address behavioral difficulties and provide crisis intervention as needed. Ensure appropriate contact with parents regarding behavioral issues. Assist teachers and crisis interventionists in developing and monitoring discrete trial programs. Create visuals and materials needed for BIPs. Conduct observations and provide consultations for additional students/classrooms as referred. Attend IEP and other required meetings. Perform home visits for observations as required. Qualifications Experienced in a school setting and able to work in a team environment. Master’s degree in a related field. BCBA Certification (or LABA Certification). Prior experience conducting behavior assessments and developing BIPs. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to train others on effective behavior interventions. Bilingual preferred. Job Requirements Education: Master’s degree preferred. Legal: Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.
