The Sage Intacct & ERP Consultant (Technology Solutions Consultant) provides support to clients and fellow Technology Solutions team members to deliver exceptional implementation and support services. This position will primarily be responsible for supporting implementations through delivery of data conversion services. The Consultant will also be responsible for triaging and providing initial response to support requests from a variety of clients related to the usage and maintenance of covered accounting software programs. This position requires commitment to tight deadlines and management of a multiple projects in tandem. The Consultant will work closely and in coordination with other members of the Technology Solutions team. ✔️ What You’ll Do Provides support to clients in the usage, and maintenance of their software programs as necessary. Obtains and maintains business software certification for products as required. Responds to client requests for software and accounting related assistance. Implements processes including project planning, system installation, and system setup of the accounting systems. Assist other team members with miscellaneous assignments as required. What You Bring Associate’s Degree in Accounting or Technology related subject (Bachelor’s preferred). 1-2 years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience (preferred). Experience with Sage Intacct Software (preferred). What Sets You Apart Working knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles. Familiarity with various accounting software programs.
