Job Title Seasonal Retail Sales Associate (June-August) Location Bellevue, WA Hours 40 hours Reporting Concession Manager Pay Rate $18-$20 hourly, based on experience, plus commission eligible. Responsibilities Achieve individual sales and KPI targets through delivering exceptional service to customers. Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and passion for Monica Vinader values and vision. Deliver in‑store services with confidence (e.g., welding, engraving and monogramming), training provided. Comply with company policies and procedures at all times. Follow guidelines and instructions to efficiently handle concession tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Maintain exceptional personal grooming and presentation. Support the management team on operational tasks (e.g., stock takes, visual merchandising, stock deliveries).
