We are looking to bring on a full-time Inventory Specialist to join our team at Pacific Aire, to maintain the positive, can-do culture that will go above and beyond the expectations of our customers and to maintain our solid reputation in the community.**Job Overview:**The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of a branch, ensuring that all departments work efficiently to meet the needs of our customers. This role requires a hands-on leader who is not only strategic but also able to lead and coach successful behavior and operations. Handle customer escalations and implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction## Qualifications* Experience: 5+ years of management experience in a service-based industry, preferably in home services, construction, or similar fields* Language: ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is strongly preferred.* Education: Master of Business Administration in strongly preferred.* Skills: Strong leadership and team-building skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of financial management* Financial Acumen: A strong understanding of how to grow top line revenue and profitability (EBITDA) at a branch level is non-negotiable for this role* Sales Experience: A competency in ethically selling products/services and developing a sales team is required.
