What you Will do in Your Role Lead,trackandimproveperformanceonkeydepartmentgoalsandobjectives Leadperformancemanagementandcorrectiveactionprocessesofdirectreportsthroughongoingcoaching,development,andaccountability. Continuouslyimproveplantperformancethroughprocessimprovementsandleanmanufacturingtechniquestodevelopcrewmembers,improveindividualandorganizationalperformance Collaboratewithotherdepartmentstooptimizeproductionrequirementsandtoensurequalitymanagementandchangemanagementsystemsareadheredtoinordertoproactivelymeetcustomers’needs. Collaboratewithleadershipteam,technicalsupportstaff,andshiftproductionteamstodrivesafetyfocusedmanufacturingenvironment Addressingquestions,concerns,andproblemsexpressedbythecrew. Implementing,maintaining,andsupportingallcompanypoliciesandprocedures,safetyprogram,andgoodhousekeeping Effectivelyescalateissuesthatmayarisetotheappropriatemembersoftheorganization Ensuringthatnecessarytoolsandmaterialsareavailableforcrewstoaccomplishtasks Fosterahighmoraleandpositiveworkenvironmentfortheemployees Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment Demonstrated leadership experience with a high potential for career development Ability and willingness to lead and manage a shift of 25 - 30 hourly employees Ability to understand and make decisions based onreal timeproduction data Experience using Microsoft Office Suite such as Excel (create/modifyspreadsheets) & Word (to create/modifydocuments) What Will Put You Ahead BachelorsDegree in Business Management, Engineering or related field Automotiveor decorative part production experience Team lead/Supervisor experience Experience with Injection Molding #J-18808-Ljbffr
