Information Technology Support Technician

Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Systems / Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 4 years experience in desktop support analysis. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good analytical and communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work well with others. Ability to translate technical terms into non-technical language. Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment. Self-start that grabs responsibility and pushes for ways to improve the process flow.
