Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Architect

Overview Duration: 6+ months Location: 100% REMOTE We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale customer data, journey, and analytics solutions across Adobe Experience Cloud. Responsibilities Define target AEP architecture (AEP core, RT-CDP, AJO, CJA, and other Experience Cloud apps) and align it with the broader enterprise landscape. Design XDM-based data models (profiles, events, lookups), identity graphs, and profile stitching rules aligned to business and governance requirements. Architect batch and streaming data ingestion from CRM, web/app, contact center, offline, and third-party sources using connectors, ETL, APIs, and event streams. Define downstream activation patterns (destinations, custom actions, real-time APIs) across email, mobile, web personalization, and contact centers. Lead technical design workshops; produce architecture diagrams and solution blueprints. Review and guide low-level designs from data engineers and developers. Provide hands-on implementation support, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize performance and cost. Design journey and campaign use cases; coordinate with stakeholders on prioritization. Design and deliver CJA dashboards, reporting metrics, and KPIs. Qualifications Hands-on experience with AEP, RT-CDP, AJO, and CJA. Strong data modeling expertise. Proficiency with APIs, SQL/Postgres. End-to-end solution and delivery ownership. Strong stakeholder communication and reporting skills. Experience with resource and team leadership.
