Market Rate Pay, shift diffential pay and time and 1/2 paid to staff that work on holidays. Health/medical, dental and life insurance benefits + we match up to 3% of your 401(k) retirement plan contributions.
Our Residential Counselor collaborates with other residential professionals that support our vibrant adults living with intellectual disabilities.
The ideal candidate is compassionate about working with adults living with a disability, has a high school diploma or GED, related direct support experience, basic computer skills and a current Virginia driver license.
The ideal hourly compensation is $20.00 - $23.00.
