What You'll Do:

• Maintain accurate and timely patient (resident) records and reports.
• Supervise OTA staff and aides as guided by governing boards.
• Design and fabricate splints and other orthotic devices as prescribed.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance residents' functional abilities.
• Use therapeutic exercises and activities to improve strength, range of motion, and fine motor skills.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support resident care goals.
• Ensure compliance with all facility policies and healthcare regulations.

What You Need:

• Valid Missouri Occupational Therapist license.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in long-term care preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
• Knowledge of therapeutic modalities relevant to LTC residents.
