Qualifications

• State License Compact licenses are allowed. Willing to obtain is allowed.
• Certifications NIHSS. Willing to obtain allowed for NIHSS.
• Certifications PALS (AHA). Willing to obtain allowed for PALS (AHA).
• Certifications BLS (AHA). Willing to obtain allowed for BLS (AHA).
• Certifications ACLS (AHA). Willing to obtain allowed for ACLS (AHA).
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Orthopaedics in last 3 years.
• Skills Assessment ORP skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• References 1 Supervisor reference within the last 2 years. 1 Charge RN reference within the last 2 years.
• Additional Confirmations I will not be employed full time elsewhere during the assignment.
• Additional Confirmations I am willing to float within a 25 mile radius of the facility.
• Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of LifePoint Health in the past year.
• Travel Contract Local contracts within 60.0 miles not accepted.
