Housing Stability Case Manager

Pine Street Inn in Brookline, MA seeks a Case Manager to deliver intensive, housing-first case management for chronically homeless individuals with substance use and mental health histories. You will use harm-reduction and Motivational Interviewing techniques within a dedicated team, supporting tenants with daily living needs and access to services.
