Now Hiring: Car Detailer / Custodian

Location: Odessa, Texas

Key Responsibilities:

Vehicle & Equipment Cleaning

• Wash, detail, and maintain company trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment

• Remove dirt, grease, and debris from vehicles using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies

• Clean interiors including dashboards, seats, and floors

• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and report any visible damage or maintenance issues

Custodial Duties

• Maintain cleanliness of shop, offices, and common areas

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and take out trash as needed

• Clean restrooms and ensure supplies are stocked

• Keep workspaces organized and free of hazards

General Duties

• Assist team members with basic shop tasks when needed

• Follow company safety protocols and procedures

• Properly store and handle cleaning chemicals and equipment

• Always maintain a clean and professional work environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Previous experience in detailing, cleaning, or custodial work is a plus

• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions

• Strong attention to detail and work ethic

• Ability to lift to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated

Skills & Competencies

• Time management and efficiency

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Basic knowledge of cleaning tools and chemicals

Work Environment

• Combination of outdoor and indoor work

• Exposure to dust, chemicals, and varying temperatures

• Physically active role requiring bending, lifting, and standing
