Anytime Fitness Hickory Hills is looking for an energetic, motivated, and results-driven Sales Manager to lead membership growth, build lasting relationships with our members, and help create an exceptional club experience.

Responsibilities
•    Generate new memberships through phone calls, text messaging, email, community outreach, referrals, and in-club tours.
•    Convert leads into memberships while consistently achieving monthly sales goals.
•    Deliver an outstanding member experience from the first interaction through onboarding.
•    Build relationships with local businesses, schools, and community organizations to generate new leads.
•    Conduct club tours and present membership options that fit each prospect’s needs.
•    Follow up with prospects using our CRM system.
•    Promote personal training, recovery services, retail products, and other club amenities.
•    Assist with member retention by providing exceptional customer service.
•    Help organize marketing events, open houses, and community outreach initiatives.
•    Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional club environment.
•    Support day-to-day club operations as needed.
Qualifications
•    Previous sales, customer service, or fitness industry experience preferred.
•    Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
•    Self-motivated with a competitive and goal-oriented mindset.
•    Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads.
•    Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
•    Basic computer skills and CRM experience are a plus.
•    Passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.
