Job Title: Remote UGC Coordinator (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time


Salary : $3,000-$5,000/month

Schedule: From Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m, EST

Our Client is a cutting-edge technology startup that has developed a personal AI sports betting analyst. Their platform monitors odds, news, injuries, and market movements 24/7, delivering sharp, actionable insights to users via text and an integrated betting app. Operating with a "move fast and ship daily" mentality, Our Client is currently launching a major campaign for the World Cup with plans to scale aggressively for the upcoming NFL season.

Job Overview

Our Client is seeking a highly organized UGC Coordinator to lead the day-to-day operations of their TikTok creator program. This is a pure operations and logistics role; while the creative strategy and briefs are provided by the Founder, the Coordinator is responsible for turning that strategy into a high-output content pipeline. The ideal candidate is a "content machine" who thrives on managing deadlines, creator relationships, and high-volume deliverables without letting anything fall through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

Creator Operations & Logistics

• Sources, vets, and onboards an initial cohort of 5-10 creators, scaling as marketing efforts expand.
• Manages the end-to-end content calendar, ensuring all deadlines, deliverables, and revisions are met on time.
• Acts as the primary point of contact for all creators, keeping them unblocked, motivated, and strictly on schedule.
• Handles all administrative logistics, including creator contracts, onboarding paperwork, and payment processing.

Pipeline Management & Compliance

• Distributes detailed briefs and ensures creators adhere to specific hooks and creative directions.
• Maintains a consistent, high-volume shipping cadence, focusing on quantity and velocity over "hero" productions.
• Monitors all content to ensure strict compliance with platform and gambling-ad guidelines (e.g., avoiding "guaranteed picks" and adhering to App Store rules).
• Tracks deliverable performance and provides clear, data-driven status reports to the Founder.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience managing a UGC or creator program with trackable metrics (e.g., videos per week, creators managed, or conversion data).
• Operator Mindset: Demonstrated ability to own the logistics of a program-sourcing, brief distribution, and deadline tracking-rather than just creative ideation.
• Volume Instinct: Experience working in high-cadence environments where the goal is constant content output.
• Compliance Awareness: Proactive understanding of platform risks and betting-specific advertising regulations.
• Availability: Must be available to start immediately to support a private beta launch.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to have):

• An existing rolodex of creators within the sports or betting niche.
• Familiarity with TikTok analytics and basic attribution/tracking.
• A genuine interest in sports and betting to better connect with creators and the target audience.
• Ambition to grow into a Creative Strategist role (designing new briefs and hooks) as the program scales.
