Job Summary:

The CT Technologist is responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using computed tomography equipment. The role involves ensuring patient safety, producing high-quality images for physician interpretation, and maintaining compliance with healthcare standards and protocols.

1. CT Certificate (AART)
2. Driver's License with picture identification
3. Background Check
4. Skill checklist from agency and records of nursing related competencies/exams
5. Resume/application
6. Certification (BLS, ACLS, PALS,..)
7. Tuberculosis test records
8. Hepatitis Vaccine record
9. Influenza Vaccine or declination
10. Copy of agency's Certificate of Liability Insurance
11. Drug Test
12. Attestation form
