Commercial Litigation AttorneySeeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to manage commercial and civil litigation matters from case intake through resolution.Our client is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its growing practice. This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned attorney with a strong background in commercial and civil litigation who is comfortable managing complex matters independently and advocating for clients in both state and federal courts.The successful candidate will have extensive experience handling litigation and arbitration matters from inception through resolution, including trials, evidentiary hearings, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and appeals.
