Job Opportunity: Full-Time Urologist

Our organization, located in Spartanburg, SC, is excited to announce an opening for a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Urologist. This position has become available due to the expansion of our services and the retirement of a current physician. The successful candidate will collaborate with a team of 9 physicians and 3 advanced care practitioners to deliver comprehensive adult urologic care to the Greenville/Spartanburg region. Flexibility is essential as the role involves managing a diverse patient load and encompasses both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Potential earnings reaching up to $700,000.
• Sign-on bonus and recruitment incentives totaling up to $125,000.
• Join a well-respected and established practice within our organization.
• Engage in a full-spectrum urology practice, including consultation, treatment, and post-care.
• Open to both general and fellowship-trained urologists.
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
• Participate in on-call duties and hospital rounding at a ratio of 1:10 once fully staffed.
• Perform surgeries at nearby hospital facilities and surgery centers, with potential ownership opportunities in a surgery center.
• Utilize state-of-the-art robotic technology on hospital campuses; robotic skills are not a prerequisite.
