Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen our brand presence and drive client engagement. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with analytical thinking to deliver measurable results and contribute to the ongoing success of Property Soar.

Responsibilities

Plan, develop, and implement effective marketing campaigns for property listings and corporate branding.
Collaborate with internal teams to design and refine marketing materials that align with our visual identity.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and emerging customer needs.
Manage advertising efforts across various channels, optimizing campaigns for maximum reach and conversion.
Prepare reports on marketing performance and recommend improvements based on data analysis.
Assist with event coordination, property showcases, and community engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of marketing principles, brand management, and campaign strategy.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a professional environment.
