Delivery Associate DRIVER -$21.75/hr- Paid Training-WEEKLY PAY

Job Description

Join Nextgen Xpress Transit LLC as a Delivery Associate Driver partnering with Amazon to deliver packages efficiently and with a customer-centric focus. This role offers competitive pay, paid training, and weekly wages, providing an opportunity to work independently while making a positive impact in your community. Drive Amazon-branded vans on local routes that span urban, suburban, and rural areas, supporting timely deliveries that delight customers. Flexible schedules include full- and part-time positions with shifts available 7 days a week.

Responsibilities

Safely operate delivery vehicle and comply with safety regulations
Navigate assigned mixed urban, suburban, and rural routes efficiently
Use handheld device for routing, delivery confirmation, and communication
Load and unload packages, including lifting up to 50 lbs
Maintain schedule flexibility to accommodate weekend and daily shift demands
Provide excellent customer service with a customer-obsessed approach
Use hand truck and other equipment as needed during deliveries
Report to Operations Supervisor, Dispatcher, and Team Lead as required

Required Qualifications

Minimum 21 years of age
Valid driver’s license in state of employment
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting packages and walking stairs

Preferred Qualifications

Safe and reliable driving record
Strong route navigation skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Physical stamina to manage delivery tasks in various weather conditions
Effective time management and use of mobile devices for delivery operations
