Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for the full academic year. In this full-time, in-person role, you’ll provide comprehensive speech and language services to children and adolescents from elementary through high school levels. While based near Long Beach, you will also have the chance to gain experience in different school settings as you assist various sites throughout LA County. Flexibility and adaptability are key, as this position may involve occasional support in home health environments as needed.

Key Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
• Ability to work on-site, 37.5 hours per week for the entire school year.
• Experience supporting students from elementary through high school is highly desirable.
• California state licensure required and current.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to travel and adapt across multiple school sites and student populations.
• Prior school-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred.

What You'll Do:

• Provide speech and language assessments, therapy, and intervention planning.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary educational teams, teachers, and families.
• Develop, implement, and document Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Support a diverse caseload of students, ensuring accommodations and modifications are met.
• Participate in team meetings, evaluations, and ongoing student support planning.
• Deliver services in person, with occasional assignments in home health settings if needed.
