This role is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate movement of materials and finished goods while maintaining strong inventory control and supporting production and customer delivery requirements.The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong warehouse management experience, excellent organizational skills, and demonstrated ERP experience.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise, train, and develop warehouse personnel while establishing clear performance expectationsCoordinate inbound and outbound material flow to support production schedules and customer requirementsEnsure accurate receiving, inspection, labeling, staging, picking, packing, and shipping of materials and finished goodsOversee kitting operations to ensure materials are accurately picked, organized, and delivered to production on scheduleMaintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counting and physical inventory activitiesUtilize the company ERP system to process transactions, track inventory, manage orders, and maintain accurate material recordsDevelop and enforce standard operating procedures, work instructions, and warehouse best practicesMonitor warehouse performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvementsEnsure compliance with company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and proper material-handling proceduresCoordinate with Production, Purchasing, Quality, Customer Service, and other departments to resolve material and scheduling issuesMaintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environmentQualifications3+ years of warehouse, distribution, or materials management experience, including supervisory or management responsibilityERP system experience required; experience with inventory transactions and warehouse/material management modules strongly preferredStrong understanding of inventory control, material flow, and warehouse processesProven ability to lead, train, and motivate a teamAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environmentAbility to safely operate or oversee the operation of material-handling equipment as requiredPreferred QualificationsEpicor ERP experience strongly preferredExperience with lean manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement initiativesFamiliarity with barcode scanning, warehouse management systems, and inventory control processesForklift certification or experience overseeing forklift operationsVulcanForms offers a competitive salary and equity package. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, VulcanForms provides comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; generous paid time off; and a 401(k) plan with company match.The annual base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $137,000.
