About the Position

Job Opportunity – Neonatal ICU RN – Tennessee

Start Date: September 8, 2026
Location: Nashville, Tennessee

Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week with rotating weekends and holiday requirements

Highlights:

• 60-bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit within a dedicated Women's and Children's hospital
• Patient ratios of 2-3:1 providing quality, individualized care
• Utilizes Philips monitoring equipment, Meditech, and Centricity Perinatal documentation systems
• Collaborative environment with experienced nursing staff dedicated to neonatal excellence
• Opportunity to work with critically ill neonates requiring advanced intervention and support
• Float to comparable areas of high need as needed

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Tennessee (or compact state eligibility)
• Previous NICU experience required
• Current BLS, NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), and STABLE certifications
• Adherence to professional dress code: navy or ceil blue, grey, or white scrubs (no long sleeves, watches, rings, or nail polish)
