Warehouse Customer Service Representative
Location Flower Mound, TX | Onsite
Compensation & Schedule
• $24.00 per hour
• Monday–Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm
• Temp-to-Perm
Role Impact
This Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for dealers and customers, ensuring efficient support for aftermarket parts inquiries, orders, and account-related requests. Success in this position is measured by responsiveness, accuracy in parts identification and order processing, and the ability to build strong business relationships that support customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary contact for dealer and customer parts inquiries, resolving ordering issues and maintaining professional relationships.
• Process a high volume of inquiries daily through phone, email, and ticketing systems while meeting service-level expectations.
• Identify replacement parts accurately, provide pricing and availability information, and enter orders into company systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support order fulfillment, expedite requests, and dealer support needs.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and proactively promote aftermarket parts through outbound communications.
Required Qualifications
• Customer Service experience within the material handling, forklift, construction equipment, or related industry.
• Working knowledge of material handling or heavy equipment products, including the ability to read and interpret parts manuals, drawings, and parts books.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage a high-volume workload.
