Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

ABA Achievers is looking for a compassionate, energetic, and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work part-time with a 13-year-old client for approximately 18-20 hours per week. If you’re passionate about helping children and teens with autism build confidence, independence, and everyday life skills, we’d love to have you on our team. Hours : Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday (3:30 - 5:30pm) + Saturday, Sunday (5-6 hours, flexible) Responsibilities Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBAsupervision across home, school, and center-basedsettings Collect accurate session data and enterdocumentation into Rethink within 24 hours of eachsession Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behaviorintervention plans (BIPs) Participate in the 7-day and 30-day new hire check-inprocess Maintain professional communication with familiesand report observations to supervising BCBA Skills Minimum 6 months of hands‑on experience workingwith children with developmental disabilities Current RBT certification Experience with ABA data collection and sessiondocumentation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, creativity, and genuine passion forsupporting the autism community Professional development assistance and RBT certification support Opportunities for advancement to BCBA supervision track Supportive and mission-driven clinical team What sets you apart?
