What You'll Do

As an Audiologist, you will provide comprehensive hearing and balance services while delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive audiologic evaluations for patients of all ages
• Conduct specialized diagnostic testing, including:



• Otoacoustic Emissions (OAEs)
• Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR) testing
• Interpret results and provide patient and family counseling
• Recommend and dispense hearing aids and assistive listening devices
• Fit, program, troubleshoot, and adjust amplification devices
• Educate patients on hearing health and treatment options
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices through continuing education and professional development
• Collaborate closely with ENT physicians and clinical staff to deliver integrated care

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or Master of Arts in Audiology or M.S. in Audiology – Master of Science in Audiology
• Active, unrestricted Maine Audiology License
• Exceptional communication and patient counseling skills
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities
• Commitment to outstanding patient care and customer service
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of hearing aid dispensing experience preferred
• Experience working with multiple leading hearing aid manufacturers

Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
