Make corrections and adjustments and handle all computer problems that might occur throughout the shift. Balance all revenue and settlement accounts nightly, maintain files and reset the system for next day operations. Perform any other job related duties as assigned. Does this sound like you? You have a keen eye for detail and understand the importance of guest experience from check-in until check-out. You feel comfortable addressing conflicts when they arise and making it right for our guests every time.
