Salary: $85,000 - 125,000 per year Requirements:

  • 4 to 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience specializing in core Java and J2EE.
  • Professional experience developing applications in banking or financial services.
  • Ability to work independently, manage changing priorities, and deliver technical work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for client-facing collaboration.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and meet applicable employment eligibility verification requirements; immigration sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
  • Must be able to work 100% onsite in Phoenix, Arizona (85054).
  • Applicants must be eligible for W-2 employment.
Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using core Java, J2EE, and modern backend and frontend frameworks.
  • Analyze complex business requirements, resolve technical blockers, and deliver production-ready code with minimal supervision.
  • Build and maintain secure financial modules, transaction-processing pipelines, and banking integration systems in line with enterprise standards.
  • Conduct unit testing and code reviews, address performance issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
