Job Description

LACOSTA is hiring a dependable General Cleaner to help keep our facility clean, safe, and looking its best. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work and has experience with commercial cleaning and floor care.

What You'll Do

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas
• Dust, wipe, and disinfect surfaces
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Operate auto scrubbers, buffers, burnishers, and other floor-care equipment
• Clean carpets using extractors and related equipment
• Follow established safety procedures and proper lifting practices
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment

What We're Looking For

• Dependable and able to work the scheduled 7:00 AM–1:30 PM shift
• Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs. independently
• Comfortable following company safety procedures and wearing required PPE
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Must provide and wear steel-toed shoes or boots
• Must be able to work without jewelry or accessories while on the job
• Commercial cleaning experience preferred
