Make beds and replace linens and towels. Clean bathrooms, mirrors, windows, furniture, and all guest room surfaces. Vacuum, dust, sanitize, and replenish guest amenities and supplies. Stock and organize your housekeeping cart throughout your shift. Report clean rooms promptly so they are available for arriving guests. Identify and report maintenance concerns or safety hazards. Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and professional manner. Clean balconies or outdoor areas when applicable. Help maintain clean and organized housekeeping storage areas. Follow all safety procedures and infection prevention practices. Greet guests with a friendly smile and provide outstanding hospitality whenever you encounter them. Additional Responsibilities Depending on business needs, you may also: Assist fellow associates when needed. Answer guest questions and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Support other departments during busy periods. Complete additional duties assigned by your supervisor.
