Job Details Job Title: Account Specialist Location: Meriden, Connecticut Work Arrangement: Onsite Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily/weekly activities (communication, open orders, revenue trends) on key accounts Coordinate with warehouse to support customer service targets Proactively identify and resolve customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction Provide regular updates to customers on account status, new products and services and other relevant information Collaborate with other departments to meet customer needs and resolve customer issues Communicate tracking with key customers Attend supplier calls as needed Assist in managing new customer set up Process sales orders in the ERP system Assist with communicating change notices to customers Communication with Operations of the plans, constraints, and commitments Skills Customer focus Attention to detail Problem‑solving Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong relationship building skills Job Requirements High School Diploma, and or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent experience 1 – 3 years Customer Service/Account Management experience Proficient with ERP systems Proficient in Microsoft Office About Caldic At BrandNu Laboratories, a Caldic, we’re a global leader in distribution solutions, serving diverse markets across the world.
