Implement tailored speech therapy interventions aimed at enhancing communication, language skills, fluency, voice modulation, and swallowing abilities. Partner collaboratively with physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, and families to establish holistic care strategies. Engage with patients and their families by providing educational resources to support progress beyond clinical settings. Participate in inpatient evaluations and therapies when needed, ensuring uninterrupted care throughout every stage of treatment. Keep thorough and timely documentation consistent with state and federal regulations. Stay abreast of the latest advancements within the field through ongoing education and peer collaboration initiatives. Education Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an institution accredited by relevant boards. Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), if ASHA certification is not yet acquired. Certifications State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist . Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within 30 days of commencement of employment.
