Orthopedic Surgery Total Joint Opportunity in Sacramento, CA

Practice Overview

We are on the lookout for a fellowship-trained Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon to become part of our collaborative and established team in Sacramento, CA. Our current group consists of 12 surgeons, including:

• 1 Shoulder/Elbow Surgeon
• 3 Hand Surgeons
• 3 fellowship-trained Total Joint Surgeons
• 3 Sports Surgeons
• 2 General Surgeons

Additionally, our team includes 8 Physician Assistants, 1 Total Joint Coordinator, and 2 non-operative providers specializing in fracture care. We also have access to robotic-assisted surgical systems.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Orthopaedic Surgery residency and fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction (Total Joint)
• Board Certified or Eligible (BC/BE)
• Possession of an active or eligible California state medical license and fluoroscopy license
• Experience with the anterior approach for total hip replacement is preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct primary and revision total joint surgeries
• Manage a specialty-focused clinic
• Participate in Level 3 trauma call, shared equally among 13 surgeons
