What You’ll Do

• Maintain inventory accuracy by monitoring stock levels, identifying shortages, and communicating needs to Warehouse and Production teams.

• Set up and manage MRP to support production and purchasing.

• Process customer orders quickly and accurately.

• Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.

• Load and unload containers; review freight documentation.

• Provide backup support for shipping and receiving.

• Assist the purchasing department when needed.

• Collaborate with team members across departments to meet shared goals.

• Take on additional tasks as assigned.

What You Bring

• Experience with inventory software or warehouse management systems.

• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.

• Solid math skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack (or willingness to learn).

• Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.

• Ability to work independently and stay organized.

Preferred:

• Previous warehouse experience, especially in manufacturing.

Work Environment

This role involves physical activity, including standing for long periods, lifting up to 80 lbs, bending, walking, and working with resin/epoxy materials (so leave the nice clothes at home).

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Chesapeake, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
