Job Summary Provides support to the Manager of Resource Allocation and Patient Placement, Nurse Manager/Nursing Administrative Supervisors in the following roles: Staffing Coordinator facilitates staffing of clinical areas and documentation of the allocation of resources. Bed Controller facilitates patient throughput/bed assignments for admitted patients and inter-hospital transfers Department: Nursing Staffing Office Location: Englewood, NJ Status: Full-time Shift: Days Hours: 7:00am-3:00pm Job Essentials Strong communication skills; able to multi-task; proactive; good problem solving; knowledge in advanced computer skills, Word, Excel, etc. A minimum of 1 year working experience in staffing and healthcare clerical preferred.
