Your Next Move in Structural Welding
Full-Time | Loveland, CO | Evaluation-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM (4-day work week)

- Contribute to large-scale builds: bridges and custom architectural steel.
- Long weekends, every week.
- GMAW (MIG) on structural steel with a focus on precision and consistency.
- Flux Core and Dual Shield (FCAW) welding for production and custom fabrication.
- Uphill flux core weave welds meeting bridge construction code standards.
- Proven MIG welding experience.
- Ability to read/follow weld specifications for structural steel.
- Safety-first mindset and strong attention to detail.
