Process/Project Engineer

Position: Process/Project Engineer ll

Exact Location: Riceboro, GA

PR: $35-45/hr

Duration: 6 month contract to hire

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
• 3-10 years of experience in engineering design of chemical plants
• Experience managing multiple projects at once
• Familiarity with industry codes, equipment, control systems, product safety standards, and regulations in the chemical manufacturing sector

Day–to–Day:

A large chemical manufacturing client of Insight Global is seeking a Process/Project Engineer ll to join their site in Riceboro, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing an average of 15 small projects on a daily basis, acting as the process and project engineer as needed. You will be responsible for developing and updating engineering calculations, equipment specifications, and MOCs, as well as creating and maintaining scope, budgets, schedules, and vendor documents to ensure project execution. The salary for this role is $35-45/hr, depending on experience.
