How You Will Make An Impact Lead Salesforce CRM delivery across prioritized business and technology initiatives, ensuring projects move forward with clear ownership, alignment, and urgency. Manage and coordinate a blended Salesforce delivery team that may include internal staff, offshore resources, nearshore resources, developers, QA, and Salesforce administration support. Partner directly with technology leadership and business stakeholders to clarify priorities, define delivery schedules, and keep teams accountable to execution. Support hands‑on Salesforce development and solution design across Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, CRM workflows, integrations, automation, and user‑facing enhancements. Help drive Salesforce‑related AI initiatives, including practical use of tools such as Einstein, Agentforce, Gemini, Claude, and other AI‑enabled business workflows. Run or support daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, project updates, demos, and delivery check‑ins. Improve development discipline by strengthening documentation, code review practices, release coordination, QA alignment, and project timeline visibility. Translate lending business needs into scalable Salesforce CRM solutions that improve speed, visibility, and operational efficiency. Are You A Proven Salesforce CRM Leader Ready To Make An Impact? 5–7 years of Salesforce CRM experience, including hands‑on development, configuration, solution design, or technical delivery leadership. Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM workflows, including leads, opportunities, pipeline management, business process automation, and user adoption. Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, Flow Builder, integrations, and Salesforce platform customization. Experience leading or coordinating Salesforce developers, QA resources, admins, offshore teams, nearshore teams, or cross‑functional delivery groups. Lending experience is strongly preferred; commercial lending, SMB lending, alternative lending, fintech, loan origination, or related financial services experience is highly valuable. Practical familiarity with Salesforce AI tools such as Einstein or Agentforce, and comfort working in an environment using AI platforms such as Gemini and Claude. Experience working in smaller, fast‑moving environments where priorities shift and execution speed matters. Strong Agile/Scrum familiarity, including stand‑ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and delivery tracking. Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Strong sense of ownership, urgency, collaboration, and accountability. Salesforce certifications are helpful but not required when supported by strong hands‑on experience.
