\nAn El Monte based client is seeking a motivated and compassionate family practice physician to join a collaborative, outpatient practice. An ideal candidate has at least a year of experience, should value practicing evidence-based medicine and should be comfortable treating all ages. This role involves collaboration with other staff members and leading mid-level providers and nursing staff.
\nRequired Qualifications

- CA medical license as an MD or DO \n
- Completion of an approved residency program \n
- Board certification or board eligible in family practice \n
- CA DEA certificate before start date \n
- CPR certification \n
Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Provide direct primary care to patients of all ages \n
- Participate in the development of clinic protocols and procedures to ensure quality medical care \n
- Participate in utilization and peer review programs which evaluates the quality of the medical staff and medical services being performed at the clinics \n
- Provide supervision and consultation to physician assistants and nurse practitioners \n
- Provide consultation services to practitioners by telephone accessibility as necessary \n
