The Sales Professional role is a summer opportunity for those who want more than a typical hourly job. What you'll be doing Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned Educate homeowners on treatment programs and pricing tiers Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle What success looks like Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$144K annualized) Year 1: Top quartile clears $612K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles Who we're looking for Coachable.
