$20.50-$24.50/awake hours (see below for range details) ; $17.50/asleep hours

Sunday through Wednesday 11pm-9am Asleep hours 12am-6am Mandatory Staff Meeting Third Friday of Every Month 10am-12pm

Starting pay is $20.50/hour, with additional differentials based on location and qualifications. Cape-based programs offer a $1/hour differential. Martha's Vineyard programs offer a $4/hour differential, with the exception of the Franklin Street program, which offers $3/hour. An additional $1/hour differential is available for employees with active MAP certification, except at non-Franklin Street programs on Martha's Vineyard.

All asleep hours are paid at a flat rate of $17.50/hour.
