About the Team We are responsible for defining and enabling cross-platform business solutions that meet the needs of clients over time. Solutions are products, services, or systems that provide value to the client, whether internal or external to the PPA enterprise. Sitting at the intersection of business, clients and technology, we collaborate with multiple teams to understand solution context and define the solution vision, intent, roadmap and capability set. This team manages changes to the solution vision or roadmap based on enterprise objectives and strategy. About the Role The Lead Solution Manager is responsible for working skillfully across the organization to produce Solution Vision and Solution Intent, which define the solution context, user journeys, personas, capability roadmap, and non‑functional requirements. The position plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of the market data solutions at Parametric in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders and partners. Primary Responsibilities Communicate effectively – both verbally and written – with technology and business partners. Creatively design workshops and user sessions identifying suitable participants, outcomes and approaches. Empathically understand and articulate user needs. Analyze data gathered through user/stakeholder interactions and apply design thinking to draw out goals, business needs, problem statements, workflows, user journeys, personas and high‑level solution outlines. Collaborate with business and development teams to define solution intent, capability roadmap and milestones. Facilitate solution architecture with development leads, influence technical design and socialise decisions with senior executives. Understand and articulate dependencies that influence sequencing of development. Collaborate in running Program Increments with Technology project managers, facilitating quarterly planning across teams; support execution with project managers, QAs and development teams. Collaborate with business and operations stakeholders to define target operating models as systems evolve. Work with business analysts in user research, operating model and architecture session facilitation and requirements definition. Own and deliver requirements on canonical data definitions, API contracts, event‑based integrations, measurable non‑functional requirements including latency, resiliency, lineage, auditability, explainability. Manage stakeholder relationships through polished communication and follow‑through. Produce solution inception, vision and intent documents. Lead and influence cross‑functional teams. Provide consultation and ensure continuity with product and development teams on solution. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in Finance/Asset Management, Strategy, Product management. Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial data products, investment platforms, wealth tech, portfolio construction, trading. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience leading and directing others to achieve measurable results. Demonstrated ability to articulate solution or product vision and customized solutions to meet business objectives. Advanced experience working with Scaled Agile software development processes. Advanced skills using tools to document workflows and data mapping: Miro, Lucid, Excel, SQL, Visio, Figma, PowerPoint, Confluence, Jira. Understanding of analysis and artifact goals throughout the solution lifecycle. Ability to learn quickly and work in a highly dynamic and changing environment, under tight deadlines. Ability to independently manage personal timelines and meet tight deadlines. Ability to successfully manage and coordinate multiple simultaneous project deliverables across groups and teams. Salary and Benefits Salary range for the position: $115,000 - $225,000 per year. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award and to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which may include a discretionary bonus component.
