We’re looking for an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Assistant Manager to help lead our thriving nonprofit thrift store. This is more than retail — it’s a chance to build a career while supporting a mission that empowers people through job training, education, and community programs.

What You’ll Do:
• Support daily store operations and team leadership
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Help drive sales, merchandising, and donation processing
• Train, motivate, and inspire team members
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping environment
• Assist with achieving store goals and performance standards

What We’re Looking For:
• Retail leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude with a passion for helping others
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
