THINGS YOU WILL DO

This is a full-time position (40+ hours/week) with regular opportunities for overtime. In a typical week, you’ll: Travel to job sites across Southern California, with occasional travel to other regions and out-of-state locations. Represent PPM with professionalism, interacting with clients and site contacts while delivering exceptional customer service. Use cutting‑edge scanning tools and software to document As‑Built conditions of all kinds of properties: single‑family homes, apartments, offices, retail buildings, hotels, schools, and more. Safely access rooftops, attics, and crawlspaces when required, documenting all aspects of a structure. Collaborate with your team through phone, email, and regular check‑ins to ensure the accuracy, quality, and consistency of every set of As‑Built plans. IF SELECTED FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY, PPM WILL OFFER YOU $28 - $38 an hour, based on experience Bonus based on Individual, Team and Company performance.
